Your first audit

1. Choose up to five important customized products.
2. With your developer, define the option input selectors, displayed price and expected cart properties using synthetic values.
3. Take a baseline snapshot, then run Storefront → cart.
4. Read pass, review and incomplete results with their coverage. Save the report and repeat after a change.

If a check is incomplete

Check the storefront password in Settings, product availability and whether selectors still identify visible elements. Confirm Shopify permissions. Order access may need Shopify protected customer data approval even though this app requests no customer identities.

If a price or property differs

Compare the selected variant, currency, discount behavior and option add-ons with the saved expectation. An older order can legitimately have a different price. Review evidence before changing your catalog.

When contacting support

Send the report ID, approximate time, affected product handle and redacted reproduction steps. Never email passwords, access tokens, customer names, order property values or unredacted exports. We will not contact your customers.

Customer data requests

Shopify customer data requests create a private report and in-app notification with the matching saved order findings. Download that report and provide it to the requester within the applicable deadline. Customer redaction requests remove the matching findings automatically.
